Families

The Cottage School is a vibrant and active community.

Cottage School families support the school through participation in a range of school activities. The community works together to sustain a diverse calendar of events and projects including working bees, family jobs, the school vegetable garden, our regular garden market and the annual Cottage School Fair. Our parents are welcome supporters in the classroom, and are encouraged to share their knowledge and experience with the student community and to contribute to events including Environment Days, bike days and school camps.

Each family actively participates in decision making for the school through representation on the school committee and sub-committees.

The Cottage School community is made up of a committed and enthusiastic group of families working together to share the inspiring experience of educating our children and helping our school to thrive.
