Bush Play & Kinder Orientation

Bush Play

During terms 1, 2 and 3 parents and pre-kinder aged children (0-4) gather off-site in a bush setting with our Middlies 1-2 teacher Hana, to enjoy nature and get to know each other in an informal setting, and develop skills and an understanding of the school’s approach to exploration and taking measured risks in play. These sessions are held 3 times a term on Friday mornings.

Kinder orientation runs for short sessions once a week during term 4 of the year preceding Kinder for enrolled students. We encourage participation in the Kinder orientation program as it is a wonderful opportunity for children to develop confidence about beginning school the following year.
